Returns

You can return an unused pad in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Limited editions

Limited editions can be returned under the same terms while stock lasts; if the edition has sold out we refund rather than exchange.
